The cluster has an open character, and participation in it is based on the principles of voluntariness and willingness to cooperate.

The cluster is a voluntary agreement between companies, including those from the SME sector, business support institutions, local government units, NGOs, institutes of higher education, as well as R&D units and residents of the micro-region, operating in an economic network with cooperating and economically related industries.

A Cluster Member can obtain the status of a Partner: Ordinary, Supporting or Business Partner.
An Ordinary WSWK Partner can be a natural or legal person operating in the capital city of Warsaw or its suburbs.

WSWK Supporting Partner may be a legal person, including an enterprise, association, business environment institution, local government unit, research and development unit, institution of higher education, interested in supporting broadly understood development on the territory of the capital city of Warsaw or its vicinity.

WSWK Business Partner may be a natural or legal person conducting business activity in the economically connected sector in the region of the capital city of Warsaw or its vicinity.

WSWK founders automatically become Cluster Partners.

Each Cluster Partner participates in the Cluster on an equal footing.
